We built a custom digital sign on the ground floor of a New York City landmark. For this build we needed custom software to allocate media to the displays, as well as adjust the source content to fit the custom screens.
The screens themselves were enclosed in the retail storefront windows and displayed content directly from Hearst’s media properties. To do this we built a custom CMS that fed content directly to the screens and hosted the content in a closed network.
In the middle screen sits a social media wall that streams Twitter and Instagram content from Hearst’s channels and also features a mobile web app that allows visitors to share content from the installation.
